A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your total service cost.

REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable.

  • Please arrive on time

  • A 15 minute grace period is allowed

  • After that, your appointment may be cancelled & deposit forfeited

  • No guests allowed unless approved

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, NO SHOWS

  • Must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance

  • Less than 48 hrs = deposit forfeited

  • Same day cancellations or no shows = deposit forfeited

  • Brow shape & color will be customized to your features

  • Results are semi-permanent & will fade over time

  • Final healed results vary based on skin type, lifestyle & aftercare

  • Perfect symmetry is not guaranteed (natural brows are not identical)

EXPECTATIONS

  • Existing clients only

  • A 4-5 week touch-up is required & NOT included in your original price

  • Touch-ups are necessary to perfect shape, color & retention

  • Additional pricing applies if you book after 5 weeks

TOUCH-UPS

PRE-APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

Avoid the following before your appointment

  • Alcohol & caffeine (24 hours)

  • Waxing, threading or tinting (3-5 days prior)

  • Facials, peels, or skincare treatments (2 weeks prior)

Proper aftercare is CRUCIAL for best results

  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided

  • Avoid water, sweating, makeup & sun exposure during healing

  • Failure to follow aftercare may affect results & require additional sessions (extra cost)

AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY

This service is for clients with no previous brow work unless booking a touch-up session.

You are NOT a candidate if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have active skin conditions near brows (acne, eczema, psoriasis)

  • Are prone to keloids

  • Have had Botox within 2 weeks

  • Use of Accutane, thyroid medication or blood thinners

Conditions Requiring Doctor’s Clearance:

  • Diabetes

  • Autoimmune diseases

  • Heart conditions or pacemakers

  • Currently undergoing chemotherapy

ELIGIBILTY
